At Evoteck Geospatial Consult, we are committed to providing high-quality geospatial, online courses and software solutions consulting services. If you are not satisfied with your Online Course purchase or other of our services, we offer a refund policy under the following terms:

Refund Policy for Online Courses

We strive to provide valuable learning experiences through our Evoteck Classroom platform. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date if we fail to send the course access link to a student’s email after enrollment in a particular course.

  • Access Limitations: If a significant portion of the course (more than 30%) has been accessed or completed, you may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be granted for:

    • Courses purchased during promotional discounts or special offers.

    • Failure to complete the course due to personal scheduling conflicts.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund, send an email to [info@evoteckgeospatialconsult.com or evoteckgeospatialconsult@gmail.com ] with your order details, the reason for the refund, and proof of purchase.

Refund Policy for Consulting and Other Services

Our geospatial consulting, GIS development, data analytics, and software solutions are tailored to meet specific client needs. Refunds for these services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Consulting Services:  Once work has started, refunds may be issued only in cases where Evoteck Geospatial Consult is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.

  • Software and GIS Solutions: Custom-built software and GIS solutions are non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the client. If there are issues, we offer revisions and support to resolve them.

  • Training and Workshops (Live & On-Demand): Refunds for live training sessions or workshops can be requested when we failed to be available during scheduled session. If a participant fails to attend or cancels within 48 hours, refunds will not be issued.

How to Request a Refund

  • Full name and contact details

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Course/service name and reason for refund request

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
